Decatur Public Schools Food Service Department 
Decatur Public Schools offers a Breakfast and Lunch Program for all students. The Food Service program is under the direction of Kyle Dumkow, who is employed by Chartwells Food Management Service a division of the Compass Group.

Decatur Public Schools provides a FREE breakfast for all students.
Davis Students are offered their breakfast when they first come to their classroom. Middle and High School students have their breakfast after their first hour class. The students are ready to eat and then can focus on their classroom studies.
